Our Process

The Kickoff Meeting

At the sprint's conclusion, where do we envision ourselves, and where do we aim to be three months later? The kickoff meeting serves a dual purpose: Aligning and Strategizing. We will discuss the sprint process before engaging in an exercise to outline our short, medium, and long-term goals. Next, we'll delve into User Journey Mapping. We request that your team comes prepared with a solid understanding of your target audience. Ideally, this means providing the names of 3-5 customers you're willing to introduce us to. However, if we haven't reached that stage, supplying basic traits and characteristics will enable us to identify and recruit genuine individuals for testing at the sprint's conclusion.
